  the first awardee for Rotary's Programs of Scale\ngrant. The programs are
  sponsored by Rotary members in collaboration with local\ncommunities and 
 partner organizations.\nTo help end a leading\ncause of illness and death 
 in the southern African country of Zambia\, a Rotary\nclub-led initiative 
 aims to save and improve lives by empowering community\nhealth workers to
